1. COLLECTING STOCK AND TRANSPORTING
We collect your stock from the wharf and transfer the shipping containers to our secure 3PL warehouse storage facility. Once all stock has been transferred, we will return your empty container, saving you the hassle of having to organise and return your own container transport.
2. STORING STOCK IN OUR WAREHOUSE
Once we have received your inventory, we enter it into our advanced inventory management system and store all items securely. Each SKU has a separate dedicated storage location, either on a shelf, in a bin, or on a pallet. It’s important that your 3PL provider has enough storage space for your current inventory. As your product line and order volume grows, your 3PL warehouse storage must be able to scale with you. 3. PICK AND PACK & SHIPPING
When a customer places an order, it’s time for the order fulfilment process to begin. Our skilled 3PL team will pick the items required for the order from our warehouse storage, pack the order securely and then ship it to its destination. We have invested in state-of-the-art warehouse automation to ensure our pick and pack process is fast, accurate and adheres to strict quality protocols. Our in-house taxi truck transport system will ship your orders quickly and efficiently, and if the order is placed before 12pm, we can even provide same-day delivery.

Three quarters of our 3PL warehouse is racked and there is also an open spaced area for block stack and oversized items.
